Revit Family Creation
We create Revit Families based on approved materials and manufacturer-approved specifications, ensuring that the 3D model accurately represents the actual equipment or device.
Each Revit Family is also developed with the appropriate 2D annotation and legend symbol, based on the approved project symbol and documentation standards. This ensures consistency between the 3D model, plan representation, and legend symbols.
Our approach provides accurate, coordinated, and information-rich Revit Families suitable for LOD 400 ELV BIM modeling, supporting detailed coordination, installation, construction documentation, and project delivery.
LOD 400
Our LOD 400 ELV BIM modeling delivers highly detailed, accurate, and installation-ready Revit models that closely represent the actual physical characteristics, dimensions, locations, mounting arrangements, routing, connections, containment, and spatial requirements of ELV systems. We develop detailed Revit families and model ELV components based on approved materials, technical specifications, shop drawings, and project requirements, ensuring that the model provides reliable information for construction and installation purposes.
The result is a fully coordinated, construction-ready BIM model that can be used for multidisciplinary clash detection, installation planning, detailed ELV coordination, shop drawing preparation, quantity and material extraction, system verification, and project documentation. Our LOD 400 models help improve coordination between ELV, MEP, architectural, and other disciplines while reducing installation conflicts and providing
Clash Detection/ Reports
We perform comprehensive clash detection between ELV systems and MEP disciplines, as well as other subcontractor models, to identify and resolve potential conflicts before installation.
Using Navisworks, we review the coordinated models and identify clashes involving ELV devices, cable trays, containment, equipment, and other building services.
We provide a detailed Clash Detection Report together with Navisworks Viewpoints and the NWD coordination file, allowing the project team to clearly review, track, and resolve each identified clash.
Our objective is to deliver a fully coordinated ELV BIM model that minimizes site conflicts, rework, and installation issues.
LOD 500 As-Built Assets
We convert Revit sheets and documentation into PDF and CAD formats for construction, coordination, and project documentation. We also export Revit 3D models into Navisworks formats, including NWC, NWF, and NWD, to support model coordination, clash detection, review, and project collaboration.

Convert/ Extract
We prepare accurate As-Built BIM models based on actual site conditions, ensuring that installed ELV devices are correctly represented in terms of their location, quantity, configuration, and physical characteristics. Each ELV element is developed with relevant parameters and asset information, such as device ID, system, manufacturer, model, location, and installation status.
The completed model provides a reliable digital record of the installed CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Fire Alarm, AV, ICT, and other ELV systems, supporting project handover, coordination, maintenance, and post-occupancy facility management.
