Terms and Conditions

A. Preparation of Revit Families

1. Payment for the creation of Revit Families for ELV elements, including required annotations, shall be based on the agreed quantity and/or rate per element.

2. 50% advance payment is required upon commencement of Revit Family preparation.

3. The remaining 50% payment shall be due upon completion and finalization of all agreed Revit Families with annotations.

B. Preparation of LOD 400

1. 50% advance payment is required prior to commencement of the LOD 400 modeling works.

2. The remaining 50% payment shall be due upon completion of the agreed LOD 400 scope and submission of the final deliverables.

C. General / Additional Revisions

1. Revisions required as a result of BIM coordination, design changes, or information provided after the agreed scope has been finalized may be subject to additional charges.

2. Any additional work outside the agreed scope shall require client approval prior to commencement and will be charged separately.

2. We accept Bank Transfer and PayPal.

3. Our standard payment structure is:

   • 50% initial payment upon commencement of the agreed work.

   • 50% final payment upon completion and submission of the agreed deliverables.

4. Any additional work, revisions, or scope changes outside the agreed scope will require prior client approval and may incur additional charges. This is particularly important for BIM projects, where design changes, coordination requirements, and repeated revisions may significantly affect the project scope and workload.
